GENERAL
- I have the right to decline any commissions for any reasons.
- No one is allowed to use any of my artwork for any NFT or AI learning.
- The completed commission (lower resolution with watermarks) will be displayed as part of my portfolio. Commissioner can request for private commissions and I will not display it as part of my portfolio.PAYMENTS
- Full payment upfront via Paypal invoice.REVISIONS
- Unlimited major revisions during the sketching stage only.
- Minor revisions before the final rendering is OK.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Delivery time varies between 3 - 10 weeks, depends on the type and complexity of the commission. I'll communicate when I cannot finish the commission on agreed time frame.USE
- The commission is for PERSONAL USE only! (commissioner have the right to use the artwork as icon, header, post it on social media all with clear credit, as well as printing as long as it's not for commercial use).
- Commission for commercial use need to be discussed first and will get additional charge.REFUNDS
- No refunds. Exception will be made when I cannot deliver the commission for over 4 months, then partial refunds can be discussed.COMMUNICATION
